Cedric saw the vision that the USAAGA had, and was a true believer from the very beginning.  He actively sought out Tony Harrison and Derrick Robinson to let them know that he wanted to be the very first paid member of the USAAGA.  He paid his dues the day before the official announcements were made, and was introduced to the 260 attendees as the first member...a title he will hold forever!
